Orders
  • Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes, you can change your delivery address but only before you click "Confirm & Pay" , after this point you won’t be able to make any changes to your order, at MISSBARDO we are super quick at processing every order to ensure you get your delivery on time.

  • Help! I haven’t received my confirmation email.

    Our automated email system will send emails automatically after every purchase you make, however we cannot control how quickly your email provider will take to deliver your mail, always allow 24 hours after ordering with MISSBARDO to receive your confirmation email.


    Please make sure that you check that the email address you have provided at the checkout is correct and also look in your inbox and junk mail folders. If you still cannot find the confirmation email do not panic, email us at sales@missbardo.com so that we can track your order for you.

  • Help, I have ordered an item that is out of stock.

    These cases are rare however we understand how irritating this can be when occasionally this happens due to an items popularity. We will contact you in regards to the matter as soon as possible to confirm the status of your order and to keep you updated with the colours available.



    If your order contains many items we will despatch everything as quickly as possible and the full refund of the out of stock item will be given.

  • How can I order?

    Ordering with MISSBARDO is easy, simple and hassle free, once you have made your choice simply "add to bag" and when you have finished making your fashion selections press the checkout button and follow the easy straight forward screen prompts.

  • How do I know if my order has been despatched?
    Our team work fast to deliver your order as soon as possible, once your parcel is ready to leave our warehouse you should receive a confirmation email to say that your order is on its way to you.
  • How do I track my delivery?

    To track all of your orders you can simply sign into your MISSBARDO account, where you can find the full details of the process of your order. Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave our warehouse a confirmation despatched email will be sent to the email address you provided to let you know that your parcel has been despatched for delivery.


    Your courier will notify you with an email to let you know your tracking number, the time and date of delivery will depend on the shipping method that you have chosen. Royal Mail our chosen courier service will always send you a text confirmation on the day of your delivery, or drop you an email to let you know that your parcel is on its way to you. Please check that you have given us the right mobile and email details upon checkout.

  • How will I know if you’ve received my order?
    Once you have placed your order and the payment is complete you will shortly after receive a confirmation follow up email from the sales team at MISSBARDO to the email address that you have provided to MISSBARDO when registering with the website.
  • I want a product but it’s no longer in stock, help!

    We understand that it can be frustrating if the item you love is out of stock, but we are here to help! Please email our sales team at sales@missbardo.com with the product number (found underneath the product description), size and the colour that you desire. Once the item has been restocked you will receive a friendly reminder to notify you that your fav item is back in stock!

  • My order still hasn’t arrived?

    You can check the position of your parcel in your MISSBARDO account, when your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email to update you with its current status.



    Our royal mail courier will then email or text you a reminder to let you know that they have received your parcel and it will be delivered between certain times on that same day. So it is vital to make sure that your mobile number and email address are correct in your account details.

    Don’t panic the delivery times do vary and you should allow until 9pm for your parcel to be delivered to your house if you opted for standard delivery, and allow a later time for your chosen evening delivery.



    We know that you lead a busy life and if you happen to not be home when our courier attempts to deliver they will either leave your parcel with a neighbour, or leave you a card to explain the redelivery steps. Check the royal mail tracker to see how far your parcel is from you: Royal Mail.

  • Oh NO! I have changed my mind… Can I change my order?
    Unfortunately, any changes to your order such as colour, size, shipping, delivery or payment methods cannot be changed once your order has been completed and payment received, however once you have received your parcel you can exchange or refund any of your purchased items if you are for some reason not satisfied.

  • You sent me a damaged item, what should I do?

    We are careful to ensure all of our styles are in top condition, however in the rare case that we send you a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.




    You can email us at sales@missbardo.com where one of our friendly staff will be happy to help. If you’re not satisfied with an exchange you can send the item back within 14 days for a full refund.

    * We offer free UK delivery on all orders above £40, however, this promotion will not entitle you to a free return. Any promotional code used for free shipping will result in you having to pay for any return shipping costs, which will cost £2.00. Exchanges are FREE! 
  • Help! When will I get my money back?

    We make every effort to ensure that your money makes its way back to you as soon as possible. However, this can take up to 3 weeks, please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive back to us, your item will then need to be inspected to ensure the standard is still resalable. This process can 7-10 working days. If the item is in perfect condition, we will then process your refund and once it has been processed it can take a further 10 working days for funds to go back into your account.


    Items will only be refunded if they are unworn and are in the same condition you received them in. We do not accept returns on any jewellery or lingerie/underwear sets or swimwear due to hygiene.

  • How do I request a return/refund?

    Oh no, we're sorry to hear that you want to return your purchased MISSBARDO items, not to worry we always have lots of new in store for you, and returning with us is super simple.Follow our below steps for returning with your MB account or as a Guest.


    Steps to returning your item with your MB Account:     


    •    Log into your online account.

    •    Go to the “Returns” section located on the left-hand side of your account page.

    •    Please note that you can only return within 14 days of the purchase date.

    •    Select the order and item/s in which you would like to return.

    •    Scroll down to select return, then proceed to fill out your reason in the box below.

    •    Once sent this will notify us of your returns request.

    •    Go to the Royal Mail website to print a returns label.

    •    Follow this link to print off your Royal Mail returns label.

    •    Select the shape of your parcel and confirm the weight, you can now fill out your order number and personal details.

    •    Print out your created label and stick it onto your parcel.

    •    Take your parcel to any post office.

    •    Please allow 10 working days for us to process and check all garments sent back for a refund.


    Please ensure that all items are returned in the same conditions, with all labels and packaging still intact, otherwise, implications may arise and the refund process may take longer.


    Steps by step guide to returning your item as a Guest:


    •    Go to the bottom of the MISSBARDO website, here you will find a link named “Returns”.

    •    Click on this link where you will be taken to the guest returns page.

    •    Enter your order number and email address and proceed to press “submit request”.

    •    You can now select your chosen order to refund, and the specific items in which you would like to return.

    •    Choose a reason and write any additional information that you feel should be added to your requested refund.

    •    Press “submit request” and as simple as that your refund request has been sent to us.

    •    Go to the Royal Mail website to print a returns label.

    •    Follow this link to print off your Royal Mail returns label.

    •    Select the shape of your parcel and confirm the weight, you can now fill out your order number and personal details.

    •    Print out your created label and stick it onto your parcel.

    •    Take your parcel to any post office.


    Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed, refunds of lingerie, swimwear and jewellery are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. We will only accept refunds of items in resalable condition. An amount of £2.00 will be deducted from your refund unless the wrong item has been sent or the item arrived damaged. 

  • How do I return an item?

    You can return or exchange your item within 14 days just ensure that the items are:

    • Not stained

    • Have the MISSBARDO tags still attached

    • Unworn, unwashed and not damaged in any way

    • Resalable

    If your item is still in the same quality that you received it in then you can go ahead and make your return, you can choose to either make your return with our courier, Royal Mail or return your item using your own method.

    Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed, refunds of lingerie, swimwear and jewellery are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. We will only accept refunds of items in resalable condition. An amount of £2.00 will be deducted from your refund unless the wrong item has been sent or the item arrived damaged.

    Let us know your reason for returning your item and ensure the returns form is secured inside the parcel and completed. To be on the safe side keep your proof of postage in case there are any issues with your return, in which case we will call you on the number provided. 

    • Royal Mail return costs £2.00.

    • Follow this link to print off your Royal Mail returns label. Otherwise, print your Royal Mail label by searching for "missbardo.com".

    Make sure that you attach this printed label to the front of your parcel.

    • Take your parcel to a Post Office counter and ask to be provided with a certificate of postage, to ensure you have the evidence that you have posted the item back to us.

    • Your return will now be on its way back to us.

  • How do I return my purchase?

    You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving them, items must be in resalable condition, with no marks, stains or tags removed. 

    Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed, refunds of lingerie, swimwear and jewellery are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. We will only accept refunds of items in resalable condition. An amount of £2.00 will be deducted from your refund unless the wrong item has been sent or the item arrived damaged. 

    Tracked delivery is best to ensure we receive your parcel. (We cannot accept responsibility for items lost items in transit).Just simply go to the royal mail website and enter your order number and print the 48-hour returns slip. Place this slip securely onto your parcel and pop it over to your local post office.

    Remember to fully fill out the returns form which can be found inside your parcel.

  • How long will my delivery take to arrive?

    You can opt for a delivery time that works for you.

    Our UK saver will result in orders placed before 3 pm to be delivered within 2-3 working days from the despatch date.

    Next day delivery ordered before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    Next day evening delivery will be sent the next evening when ordered before 3 pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    Our international deliveries vary in delivery times, please take a look at our delivery costs section to see the delivery times information. Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas and seasonal sales the dispatch times may vary.

  • I live outside of the UK; will you deliver to me?
    Our UK delivery service covers all of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands.

    We also accept international orders with PayPal and all major credit & debit card payments. MISSBARDO are proud to deliver worldwide to over 150 countries within Europe and outside the EU, including Canada, USA and United Arab Emirates.
