This page clearly informs you of the legal Terms (terms and conditions) on which we sell any of the items from our site to you. Please note that the Terms stated on this page are only applicable to the purchase of the items sold on our official site. Any MissBardo items that are purchased from any other source are governed by the terms and conditions of the responsible source. Please also note that discounts, promotions and bonuses that are available for purchases on our official site may not be offered for the purchases that are made via any other sources and vice versa.
Before you order any item from our site, please make sure that you have carefully read these Terms and ensure that you have fully understood them. Please note that before you place an order on any of our items, you will be requested to accept these Terms. Placing an order confirms that you have fully accepted our Terms. For future reference, it is recommended that you print these Terms or save them to your PC. We regularly amend our Terms and thus, every time you order an item(s), please check the terms to make sure that you have understood the terms that are applicable at that time. We are rightfully allowed to make frequent amendments to these terms. The most recent update to these terms was on 12th May 2016.
How The Contract Between You and Us Is Formed.
Our shopping pages will provide you with the necessary step by step guidance that you are supposed to follow before eventually placing your order with us. This process enables you to go over and correct any errors that you may have made before you finally submit your order.
Please, ensure that you take the time to look into the details of your order at every page of the ordering process and before you finally click Confirm and Pay since you are not going to have any other chance of making changes to your order once you get past this point.
Once you place your order by clicking the Place Order on our Checkout Page button, we will send you an email which will acknowledge that your order has been received. We then send you a Dispatch Confirmation email that confirms the dispatch of the items you have purchased.
Please note that the items on our site are subject to availability. This is because there is a delay between the time of order placement and the time of processing the order; the stock positioning of some specific items is subject to change. In case an Item that you have already paid for runs out of stock, we will send you a notification as soon as we can and your payment will be refunded.
We have the right to reject an order for instance if we are incapable of obtaining payment authorization, if the Item you have placed an order on is not available or is out of stock, if an error occurs in the product information which includes price or discounts or if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
In case we fail to supply you with an Item in the mentioned circumstances, you will receive a notification from us via email. If you had already paid for the item(s), the full amount, which includes any costs of shipment and delivery charged will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

The images that represent the Items available for purchase on the Site are for purposes of illustration only. Despite the fact that we have done all we can to accurately display the colours, we have no way of guaranteeing that the display of your PC accurately reflects the colour of the Items. Thus, your Items may fairly vary from the respective images.
All the Item's measurements and sizes are approximations, nonetheless, we make every effort to make sure that they are as precise as possible.
All reasonable care is taken to make sure that all the Item(s) descriptions, details and prices are as accurate as possible. We hold the right of rejecting orders on Items whose information has been mis-published, including (but not limited to) promotions and prices.

Prices for the items are subject to change without prior notice; Nonetheless, Items that have already been dispatched will not be affected by the changes. Please note that while we do all that we can to ensure the accuracy of Site's content (including Item descriptions, related services like terms of payment, offers, discounts, promotions, shipping and delivery schedules), there may still be some geographical errors or other forms of inaccuracies and some information may still be incomplete or not up to date. Thus, we hold the right to amend any errors, update omissions and inaccuracies and update our information and details at any given time, without prior notification. A notification of will be sent to you in case there is an error that is brought about by the changes which affect any order that you may have placed. In this respect, we have the right not to complete any order(s) you may have placed in the event that there is inaccurate or incorrect information on the Site that concerns your particular order(s).
The following are payment options that you can use to pay for Items you wish to purchase from the site: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Delta, Maestro, Electron or Solo debit cards, PayPal and American Express charge cards. Payment can only be made in the Pound Sterling (Â£) currency. We do not accept any other currency at the moment.
Braintree handles the payment process in their secure server and We provide you with a safer online shopping experience while using your credit or debit card because Missbardo.com & Braintree do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Registration for the service can be done once you get to the checkout process or through directly contacting the issuer of your card. This registration process is a one-time undertaking and you will be able to make any future purchases on our site with the same password. Please, note that depending on the issuer of your card, we may not be capable of processing your order and we may require you to add a different payment method in order to complete your purchase.
All holders of debit and credit cards are subject to authorisation and validation checks by the issuer of the card. In the event that your card issuer fails to or refuses to authorise payment for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We may carry out searches with agencies of credit reference for identity verification purposes as well as confirmation of the personal information that you submit to us as part of the order that you make; To do that, the respective agencies check your personal details against any specific information on any given database (whether public or not) which they have the authority to access. Your details can also be used in the future to offer assistance to other enterprises for the purpose of verifying your identity. Your personal information may also be used by us to prevent and/or detect any fraudulent activity.
The item(s) that you have ordered remains our sole property till the time that we receive full payment for your order.
We deliver worldwide, via Royal mail services. During the checkout process, you will be provided a set of Item delivery options. Orders to be placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday for delivery to be sent out the same day!
Orders will be processed for delivery on due payment in full of the order by your card issuer or Banks.
We will not process the order until the payment has been fulfilled by your card issuer or Banks. The estimated timeframe that receive payments is 5 to 20mins, that depends on the traffic level on our site or payment gateway process by Braintree. Soon as we have received your payment infill, our customer team will send you an email confirming your order confirmation and delivery tracking code.
The delivery fees are added to the price of the Item(s) that you are buying. The cost of delivery depends on the delivery option that you have selected.
Please also note that in addition to the Item(s) and shipment fees we apply to the order you place, to avoid doubt, this includes not only the shipping address but also the recipient's name. We are not in any way liable for delivery of your item(s) to the wrong address based on inaccurate or incomplete information that you supply us.
We make every effort within our means to ship your order within the projected schedules. But then, time and again, delays are inevitable as a result of unanticipated factors or events that are not within our control, for instance, import delays, transportation or travel disruptions, shortages of material, technical or software failure or demand that is higher than previously anticipated. Please also note that during busy days such as sale periods, the delivery of your order may take longer than usual.
We are not able to ship your purchased item(s) during bank and public holidays such as; Christmas Day, New Year's Day or Boxing Day. On these specific dates, shipping will take longer than usual. Please add an additional business day (i.e. Monday to Friday, weekends and public holidays are excluded) for each of these days when you calculate the expected date of delivery when you choose your shipping option.
In case you change your mind about your already bought Item(s), you can still return them to us (excluding pierced jewellery, grooming products, lingerie/underwear sets and swimwear or other products that cannot be returned due to health or sanitation reasons) in 14 days starting from the day the order was delivered to you, on condition that:
The item is unworn and unwashed, and there are no signs whatsoever of transfer of any form of stains or makeup;
If the order was of shoes, they should not have any signs of being worn or signs of wear;
The items should also have all tags in place and should be returned with correct order and dispatch information.
The price that you paid for the Item(s) will be fully refunded, taking into account any promotions, discounts or offers that were applied at the time of the Item(s) purchase. The refunded amount will not include the shipping fees and all refunds will be made with the same payment method that you used for the purchase of the item(s)

Cancellation of Your Contract EU Customers Only
If you are a customer from the EU, you also have the right of cancelling your contract with us and returning your Item(s) by post within 14 days starting from the day after the date of reception of your Item(s). However, this right is no applicable to the Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons or items whose respective hygiene seal has been broken or tampered with (for instance, underwear, makeup, pierced jewellery or swimwear) In order to formally cancel your order, you have to notify us of your cancellation wish in form of writing either through filling the Form of Cancellation or by writing an email to our Customer Care Agents at email@example.com or by regular mail via post to Customer Care, Miss Bardo Limited 205 Ley Street, IL ford, Essex, England, IG1 4BL. If you are sending us an email or writing to us, please include your name, address and order number among other details of your order.
You have to take practical care of the Item(s) that you wish to return. While you are allowed to inspect the Items, you must not use them while they are in your possession.
You are responsible for the return of the Item(s) to us and this consists of returning the Item(s) via post or courier.
The Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging where possible, as soon as possible after you inform us of your cancellation wish. We are not liable for any damage or loss of items that may take place before they are returned to us, which includes damage in the course of transit or where the Item(s) get lost.
If you terminate your contract, you will be fully refunded for the price of the Item(s) within the order that you placed and a portion of the shipping fees you incurred up to the lowest priced and most common shipping method that was presented to you at the time of purchase; Nevertheless, you should note that the law permits us to deduct your refund to accurately reflect any decline in the value of the Item(s), in case this is as a result of your handling, which includes any damage or loss that takes place in the course of transportation. The refund will be made to the method of payment that you originally used, within 14 days of our reception of the cancelled Item(s) if earlier, within 14 days starting from the day that proof of return from you is received by us.
Please note that if you only with to cancel part of your contract, i.e. you wish to return some of the items that you ordered, you can return them in agreement with our standard policy of returns.

If you are a customer, only persons that have attained the age of 16 and above are allowed to place orders from our site. Otherwise, your item must be purchased by your parent or guardian from our site for you.
You agree not to use any Item(s) that you have ordered from our Site for any business, resale or commercial purposes, and we are not liable to you for any loss of business, loss of business opportunity, business interruption or loss of profit. The items that we supply from our site are only meant for private and domestic use. In case you are not a customer, you have to acquire our prior written document of consent to place orders from our Site. Nothing in these terms and conditions omits our legal responsibility for personal injury or even death caused by negligence, for fraudulent activity or any other legal responsibility that is not limited or excluded by law.
We are not in any way responsible or liable for any delays in performance, or failure of performance of any of our stated obligations which are as a result of any event or act that is not within our reasonable control.
We may hand over our obligations and rights within our agreement with you to another organisation but this will not have any effect on your rights or our obligations that are governed by these Terms. You are only allowed to hand over your obligations or rights governed by these Terms to another individual if we provide a written agreement.
Whenever you make an order of any of our items, the contract that is formed is between you and us and no other person shall possess any rights to implement any of the terms of our contracts, whether under the Rights of Third Parties (Contracts) Act 1999 or otherwise.
Every clause of these Terms functions independently. In the event that a court or any other relevant authority decides that any of the clauses is unenforceable or unlawful, the remainder of the clauses still remains effective and fully enforceable.
In case we fail to insist that you carry out any of your requirements under these Terms, or if we delay implementing our rights against you, or if we fail in doing so, that will not mean that you do not have to act in accordance with those obligations or that have relinquished our rights against you. In the event that we do give up a default by you, we will only do so in the form of writing and that will not mean that we will effectively waive any future default on your part.
These terms are under the English law. This is to mean that your use of our Site and any contract made for the placing of orders of Items through our Site; and any disagreement or assertion arising in connection with or out of the same will be overseen under the English law. You and we both accept that the courts of England and Wales will have unlimited power to resolve any disputes that may arise out of your use of our Site or out of these Terms.
